I can't view my bill. I've been able to view it up until August.

This function has worked up until August, now if I press the "View my bill" it takes me to a blank page with the footer information.

Thanks for coming to the community.

I know how important it is to be able to see your bills.

Are you having trouble viewing them in the EE app, on the EE website or both?

If it is on the app, have you tried to delete it and install again?

If it is on the website, can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser?
