Hi,
I've just started a new FTTP contract on 12th October, but was billed in advance for my old contract until 20th October, which was paid on 4th October.
Will I get a refund/credit for the 8 days of the old contract?

I've already had my next bill. I've just moved over to a fttp deal with 3-months free, but pay £5 for the phone calls. I've had the bill for £5 but there's no mention of any refund form the previous contract.
