@Bandana_4 : But don't do so once your bill is posted & before the DD is taken. If you have a DD in operation you shouldn't make a manual payment on or soon after your billing date. It is then too late to stop the DD being auto taken in full.

If you've setup Direct Debit before the bill is due. it'll be taken by direct debit

Welcome to the community,

No need to start a second thread, just continue in the first one you set up.

If you have set up a direct debit, then the payment will be taken from your bank, the email or text they sent you will let you know when the payment will be taken.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
