Hello community. I left the UK for good last month and would like to end using my EE sim. I informed EE already and they said I needed to give them at least one month to cancel my sim. Up to now, there has been no confirmation that my bill for this month is my final bill. I have been contacting EE through calls, or the relay service, to no avail. May someone please help me know how to go about it? Thank you.

Please call the Customer service team on +447953966150 (from abroad) where a guide will make sure your termination request has been processed and confirm the end date for you. Contact-Us
