i have recently upgraded my contract in store and want to add an NHS discount code. I have generated the code but I don’t know where to use it as online it only mentions using it at checkout? But in this case the contract has already been purchased.
I used the first of my 5 codes back in May for my husband who also upgraded.. in this case I was on a live chat with an EE staff member who did it for me, but in this case I can’t find the live chat anywhere (I’m not sure if it’s been discontinued)?
is there a way I can do this online without ringing up?

Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.
