How much would my remaining contract charge be?

Hi,

I pay £29.27 a month for a tablet currently. I've just had my February bill and was curious about remaining contract charges if I was to leave now (my contract ends in August 2023) with 6 months remaining. I found an article on the EE website about how they calculate it but wasn't sure I was working it out right. Based on my bills being £29.27 each month, roughly what would my remaining contract charge look like? Also, I know you multiply my monthly payment by how many months I have left, subtract VAT, subtract 4% for early repayment, then add VAT or something like that, I'm just asking if someone could give me a number cause I keep getting different amount every time I work it out.

Thank you in advance for your help

Cost of cancelling or upgrading early will be Monthly Fee (£29.27) x Months Remaining (6), pro-rata to the nearest whole day, of contract term - 4% = £168.60 in your case.

You can text INFO to 85075 to find out the exact figure as of now.

Thank you so much! I kept getting anywhere from £150-£180 when I tried working it out, I don't particularly like talking on the phone so didn't want to ring to find out. Thank you for the text line, that will help immensely
