How long after a return before I can Upgrade?

Just returned a click & collect contract phone to the store; how long will it be before my plan reverts and I’m able to upgrade again?

@juno_bokeh  This can take up to around 7 days.  All you can do is keep checking your account and as soon as it reverts back k to the original contract that’s when you’ll be able to upgrade. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

That’s fantastic. Thank you Chris you’ve been really helpful these past couple of days. 

Update: So my old phone has stopped charging and unfortunately 10 days later, I’m still waiting for this return to be processed. Called the store but they were busy and said they’d call me back but that was over an hour ago now. Really up a crappy creak without a paddle.
