How do you change payment card?

Recently, due to an account issue, I need to change the account that my EE bill is debited from. However, I've been going round in circles today trying to change it via the app or online and there seems to be no option to do so.
Does anyone know if this is possible to do and if so, how to do it? Is it something I can do independently or do I need to call/visit a branch to sort it out?

Hi @BTH,
Please could you try visiting https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/your-bills - There should be an option to update your direct debit.
You can also call EE on 150 or 07953 966 150 from any phone to change your payment details.
