Hi,
I upgraded last month and traded in my old mobile to get the £12 reduction per month. I received a text on 26th Jan to say the device has been received but I was just wondering does that mean the process it’s complete or do I still have to wait for it to be processed? I’ve already had one bill without the £12 reduction and don’t like the idea of another month passing with no reduction. Any ideas what the trade in process is like?

If there was an issue with the trade in someone will be in touch.
Could you confirm if your bill was produced before January 26th when your trade in was received?
Can you see £12 discount within your My EE?

The bill was generated on the 24th Jan.
I think I can see the discount in the add-ons if that is correct?
