I have cancelled my SIM only deal within the 14 days cooling off period after my phone was stolen. How can I check the status of this cancellation? As my SIM card is still receiving text messages so it is obviously still working and doesn’t appear to have been cancelled. Please advise.

@Amberpittaway if you have done this within the cooling of period for a sim only contract it’ll be terminated now. I recommend you call customer services again about this.
