Hello @gswddsmn ,

Welcome to the community,

Why did you not do this before going back to the US?

You have to give 30 days notice and you will have to ring them to cancel:

https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/contacting-abroad/mobile

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I didn’t cancel while in the UK because we needed the service to use
Citymapper to get to the airport to fly home. Plus we needed the EE sim
when we got to London as an emergency situation since the GiffGaff sim we
ordered originally did not function properly. So we purchased the EE in
panic mode, thinking we could just cancel after our 2 week holiday was
over. Who knew it would be so hard to cancel. Don’t other people just use a
sim for short periods of time when they travel?--
