How can i be chsrged for Internet when i still dont have it

@Smithstephen504  Are you a EE/BT broadband customer?  If not you need to call customer support about this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Smithstephen504  if your broadband is due to go live shortly that is perfectly normal, like most broadband suppliers your bills are producuced for the month in advance.

You’ll get your first bill within four days of your broadband going live and any future bills will be available on the same day each month in your EE account. We'll email or text you each month telling you when your new bill is ready.
