@Smithstephen504 if your broadband is due to go live shortly that is perfectly normal, like most broadband suppliers your bills are producuced for the month in advance.
You can get more info on the Help pages:
You’ll get your first bill within four days of your broadband going live and any future bills will be available on the same day each month in your EE account. We'll email or text you each month telling you when your new bill is ready.
