Hi

Hello,

My name is Jawad.

On 23rd March last month, I purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro Max. I was informed that £93 would be deducted from my account, which included the package, network plan, insurance, and mobile instalments.

However, I also paid £30 upfront at the time of purchase, but recently £140 has been deducted from my account.

Could you please explain why this extra amount has been charged and provide a breakdown of the deductions?

I would appreciate your clarification on this matter.

Thank you.

Good morning @javad0912

Welcome to the Community!

We don't have access to accounts via these public forums to specifically check into these charges, but there are a number of reasons why this could be more than expected.

There's a possibility that you could have run up charges outside of your normal plan allowances.

Also if you have upgraded from a cheaper plan mid-way through the month, we need to adjust your first bill after the upgrade in order to reflect the higher price of the new contract.

You can find a full breakdown of how this works here:

Understanding Your Bill After an Upgrade | Billing and Payments Help | EE

So we can say for sure though, we would recommend getting in touch with our team, and they'll be able to double check this and say for sure what has caused the increase.
