I have made numerous phone calls and emails to EE in reference to returning mobile routers, I've been told on the phone that I own nothing to EE, and everything has been returned and accepted. However, I am now being chased by a financial solutions company for payment, which started off at 30 pounds. Or 35 pound and is now 73 pound 38. I have never heard of this financial solutions company until now, and as far as I'm concerned, i no longer have any dealings with E. E so I would be very grateful if EE can resolve this with the other company!

@Angel-cloud12 , we have no access to accounts or know who you are, as this is a public forum, you would best deal with customer service to get this rested or the financial  solutions company.

Did you ever take out a monthly contract? This is what it appears to be and you did not end the contract and that is what it is about, we cannot resolve it here, sorry.
