Help !

My phone will not make out going calls. Keep getting system is busy message, can’t even call EE, I have a sick child a can’t even call doctors in morning. 
Turns out you have tried to take my DD once and it’s bounced, so you have cancelled my DD annd not notified me and sent it to a debt collector. How can I fix this is I can’t phone anyone ??? 

I can’t phone EE, I can’t phone the company you have clearly sold the debt to, and I can’t arrange a way to pay this. How does EE expect me to solve this situation ?

I am very sorry you are unable to make calls especially when your child is poorly and you need service more than ever.

I can see you have mentioned a debt collection agency is involved, have you had a letter to let you know this has been passed to them? 

When was the direct debit set for that was not successful? Have you had any letters, calls or emails from EE to let you know the payment was not made at the time?
