My phones been blocked I can't phone or text I need online chat but it's gone ! I need my phones on but no one in ee seems to take in my medical situation 

Can someone please sort this for me

Are you able to get into your EE App to start a chat in the 'help' section? Are you able to get in touch using a different phone?
