Can someone help I have PoA for my mum who’s unwell and struggling to cancel her mobile since August last year.   EE are usrless

Welcome to the community,

Not sure why you have not been able to cancel your mother’s mobile. Have you actually spoken to them? You would need to call them to sort this out, cannot be done any other way.
