Help with switching type of sim only 1m

Hi, when I signed up for EE last month the chap on the phone said I could easily change the type of my month by month sim only contract in the app but I can’t work out how to do this?! (Ie switch from £36 mthly to £30 mthly without the roaming). Thanks in advance

You cannot change your plan thro' the app & you can't downgrade within the min. term.
