i spoke to an operator on the phone and he said he’ll be able to help me regarding my monthly payments but when i call 150 to pay half it says i have to pay a minimum of £105 to re activate my account but he agreed £80 on the phone can someone call me or reply to this and help me since i can’t call anyone at ee.

You can call ee free over wifi if you use Skype and the number in my signature.
There is no account access on these forums and you'll need to speak to EE CS again directly.

No, you'll need to speak to EE CS yourself as there is no account access on these forums.
As i said above you call call over wifi.

as i’ve said, it’s all automated and i can’t get the right advice nor answer that i need i tried calling that number over skype and its still automated can you please tell somebody to call this number *********** and keep it hidden since this is public.

what don’t you understand about it’s an automated call, they aren’t giving me the right options on that call because it was an offer they gave me over the phone so it’s not updated on that automated call, once again since you work there, can you please tell someone who isn’t a robot to contact me because it’s taking the **bleep** now i’m trying to contact somebody and your not giving me the right help.
