These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away. There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months.

If you haven't cancelled it, you are still committed to pay for it.

no one said you had to cancel the contract. If there is a date from day to day, then the contract should end.

on the page there is an overdue bill for a cosmic sum and information that it has been paid.

I'm from the UK, I don't use this sim card.

I need documents from HMRC. In order to log in, I need an activation code that should come to this number.
how do i get it if the card is suspended

You should've read the T&C's that you declared you had read. It's all in them.

@studzinsky_  You bill has been accumulating since you stopped paying it and late payment fees.
You’ve now been cut off for none payment.   Not using the sim doesn’t mean you owe nothing as your contract changed to a 30 day rolling contract once you reached the minimum term of your 24 month contract. As per the T&Cs of the contract you agreed too.

You need to pay what your bill is and give notice to terminate.

And if you need anything from HMRC then you need to pay what you owe to get it activated again.  And once you have that information from HRMC give notice to terminate your 30 day rolling contract.   Just remember once termination has been done you’ll not be able to use this number for anything in the future.
