Free EU Roaming

My pay monthly contract ended in November 2022, however, I have kept it going, paying c£25.00 p.m., so I have retained my free EU roaming option.

If I now switch to a Simm only, is this classed as a new contract or could I do this whilst retaining the free roaming?

Yes, @lorrainecotton1, an upgrade to SIM-Only starts a new contract usually without free EU roaming unless you have it as a Inclusive Extra.

Unless you change your tariff then any benefits on your existing tariff will continue after your minimum term unless they expire when your minimum term ends.

Make sure roaming is activated on your account.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
