My phone has been blocked from making calls texts and having 5g. 

upon speaking to someone from EE who was rude and not helpful in any way shape or form, I was told I’d need to go in store with id to reactivate my account.

 

has anybody experienced anything like this ? Can I submit my if online ?

@Kearnsyboy  if you’re been told to go to a store with ID, and then you need to go to the store with ID. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
