Hello, how do I get intouch if someone has used one of my emails to create an account and order broadband?

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned, please give our Customer Service team a call if you have an order for a broadband service at your premises which you had not requested.
The team will be able to check the order and cancel the request.
If the order if for a Broadband service not at your address it maybe the incorrect email address was used. The team will also be able to check this and remove your email from the records.
