On my account I have 2 contracts that you are being billed for, one is for the mobile number xxxxxxxxxxx linked to an iPhone 13 Pro max with the IMEI xxxxxxxxxxxxx The second one is for the mobile number xxxxxxxxxxxx linked to the Samsung Chromebook with the IMEI xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

In your email you state an agent named Sadiq has taken out 2 iPhone 13 and 14 pro Max xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx that was purchased without my permission. Can you please block, meaning black list and check if you received my previous complaint regarding Sadiq to resolve. This is happening all the time in regards to people whom I know that have been constructing such complex issues that may have been my linked to members of family, third party companies and my landlord (xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx) because of 02 have taken out contracts without my permission and EE limited. And EE limited are contacting people to have my belongings stolen, when even not conscious (asleep).
