I am wanting to upgrade my phone and create another contract but the only option that I am being given is Flex Plan. When re searched of what this means, this says no contract???? Help

@BridieLeigh A flex plan is where the device and tariff are billed separate. So once you’ve paid off the device you’re only left with the air time plan. You can take out a device plan over 24 or 36 months but the air time plan is only 24 months.
If you want to upgrade after 24 months and you took out a 36 month device plan you have to pay off that device plan in order to get a new phone.
