I have to pay £180 right NOW… and the app doesnt work… i need to clear off that debt so please fix this!!

When you make a payment it can take up to 24 hours for your services to be reconnected, so it is best to speak with our team if your payment will be later than expected, so we can discuss options to make payment as easy as possible for you.

@BrookeTHPS97 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Fix this problem please! I have phone calls to make today. How can i make those important calls, appointments with a phone that doesnt work because your app no longer working…. I need to pay my phone bill, and my wifi bill. My phone got cut off last week. And my wifi will be cut off on 4th. If app doesnt work how can i make payment? Fix this! Why do you have this issue when i have to pay a bill. You are reason i keep going in debt because your app keeps breaking and “under maintenance”

Ok thanks. I have done that now. But what about broadband? Phone bill paid, need to pay the wifi fee

@BrookeTHPS97 You’ll have to wait till you can login to your account. This is now possible.
There is 7 days from receiving the bill to when it needs to be pay by, This isn’t a comment directed to you personally but why wait till the very last moment as you not the first person to find out that EE will do account maintenance when it’ll effect the least amount of customers. And that’s going to be around 11pm till 6am
