@LM53 ,do you not have anything with your old number on it? As @XRaySpeX has written, this is not customer service and we have no access to accounts and do not know who you are, and I suspect that customer service will not know either if the number was cancelled. There must be other ways to update if you do not have the old number. Try contacting them and see what they say, nothing we can do here.
