I've recently left EE with 2 lines as was offered a much better deal with another provider. But now my info has completely disappeared from my EE when I log in. How and when will I then recieve my final bill as I'm pretty certain I will be owed money back based on what I have recently paid.

Your final bill is posted out shortly after disconnection date.

@bristolian : That's not what that article says:
You'll see your final bill with details on your final payment about a week after your plan finishes or after you've received confirmation that you've left the EE network.
&
You'll be able to view your bills for six months after cancelling.

Final bills are usually posted out, it certainly happened with a couple of users I'm personally aware of. The same thing has happened when lines are moved between accounts, that I've done on occasion.
If those were all flukes and it's not normal policy, then I would stand corrected.

I'm only going by official EE documentation, which you linked to prove the point..

Hi @Lucifer1985
Thanks for coming to the community.
When did you leave EE?
When you log into the EE account, do you have an option to view Bills & Payments?
Leanne.

Thanks for your reply. Both numbers were ported over to O2 yesterday. When I log in I literally cannot see anything. No billing and payments option, nothing at all except my profile with personal info and login details.

Thanks @Lucifer1985
If you are unable to access the account, please give us a call on 07953 966 150 and the team can check the final bill amount and let you know if this has been sent in the post to you.
Leanne.
