I've moved to another provider who have asked for my final bill from EE. However seems to be a long time for EE to send it.

Hi @Meibion1 Welcome to the EE Community.
You'll see your final bill with details on your final payment about a week after your plan finishes or after you've received confirmation that you've left the EE network.
Do you still have access to your My EE account?

Could you try downloading your bill please?
When you've downloaded it, you should be able to pass it on to your new provider.

We send your final bill in the post, so it should be with you soon.
You'll see your final bill with details on your final payment about a week after your plan finishes, so if it's not quite been a week since your plan closed, that would be why you're unable to see it on your My EE account.
