So if you switch provider, I'm told you effectively cancel your account and so won't be able to access your bills online (for months I couldn't view them though website or app anyway!) When you leave in that case, you'd think a paper final bill might arrive. I didn't get one so I asked EE via chat and was assured I'd get one in 5 working days. 13 working now and it's fairly obvious it'll never arrive and someone is a naughty little liar. I thought I'd complain via the web form but the form will simply not submit as it keeps saying I've exceeded 500 words in the free text box. I've typed 140 words.
Does anyone know if there is an e-mail address? Is it even worth trying?

EE provide no email.

There is no CS email address, but you can contact them on 07953 966150 from any working phone.

That's brilliant. So basically, I'm f@#cked. 😆

Thank you. Now, whether to wait for the "we're experiencing higher than expected calls" crap.

Hi
I had the same problem, you are correct you can not view the bill online or in the app.
If you have contacted EE for them to send this out, they forget to come out of the account and go back into it and remove the copy charge for the system to send it out to you.
Hope this helps as I have a big complaint about this ongoing from Jan 2024

Good luck!
I eventually got a paper copy of my final bill but there was little detail and as it was a pro-rated month I had no idea if a small credit I was expecting was actually applied to my account.
Cheers.

That number is no longer in use.
How can it be so hard to cancel your account

Hi @Wacky7631.
Thanks for coming here,
Have you already requested cancellation with our customer care team?
I can confirm the number 07953 966 150 is still active.

@Wacky7631 As you still have an account to cancel you can call customer services on 150 from your EE device as you’ve always been able too.
