Failure to meet contractual obligations

Ok guys, I have a 5G modem, the service levels in and around the Kings Lynn area are appalling and this has been the situation for the past 12 months. I worked away from home all last year until March 24th I have a small business account, and I am now working solely from home. This lack of service has now come to a head and I have pursued exiting the contract, however, they are insisting I pay £346.00 for the remainder of said contract.  thoughts and feedback are most welcome.

It's a 5G modem. Yes, it drops the connection several times a day.

You've not answered whether the connection drops outright, or whether it's just falling back to 4G.

The suggestion about having to manually drop your device down to 4G is poor, the network does this automatically as necessary.

Have you tried a 2way SIM-swap between your two devices?

Let me help you!!.. One more time, Several times a day my 5G smart hub completely disconnects from the service, you have received this reply via my trusty  SKY 4G connection as the 5G hub connection service failed again.

Best regards

The clarification is helpful.

What device are you using to access Sky's MVNO-O2 service?
