I got new number added to my account with unlimited data and £90 per month charge which i didn't ask for. what should i do. i raised complaint with ee already but i am not liable to make this payment as i didn't order it. they say you have ordered iphone 13 pro max. how do i get this sorted. should i make police complaint.
