Extra charges

Upgraded 4 of my contracts. Then get an extra 150 charge I ring up days ago they say this was an accident??they will sort it yet the extra charge is still there and today is my bill day and they try take the extra 150 still? 10 years loyalty for what?? Disgusting from ee

@JOKER2K11  They can not amend the bill once received but they should have amended the backend so it doesn’t try and take that amount.    I had the same issue once but it was for £650.    You need to call customer service to sort this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have rang up twice in 3 days. They gonna sort it they say will ring me back? No call back and not amended my bill . Multi million pound company just trying to Rob us
