Hi
I changed ownership from my ex partner back in February. It finalised in March.
But since I've changed ownership my normally unlimited calls and texts are constantly being charged. I am not abroad or have been in the last few months. Last month it was up 150 pound this month it's up 200 pound. I'm absolutely fumming. I can't afford to pay my bill with these extra charges. I use my phone majority for work so I am constantly making phone calls.
Is anyone else having issues like this. I'm absolutely fumming.

Have you had a look at the breakdown of the charges on the bill? Does it show they are for calls to standard mobile and landlines?
Can you text AL to 150 from your phone and let me know what the text that comes back shows? Does it say you have minutes and texts available?

EE's call bundles should include calls to 01, 02 & 03-prefixed landlines, along with UK mobiles.
If calls to those numbers are being charged separately, that's a clear billing error and you should contact EE-CS on 150.
They have access to your account and can advise further.
