Just had my latest bill. Thought it was a bit high so went on app to check and found im paying £39 a month for ess device something I never signed for and wasn’t told about in store. As a family we have been with ee for many years and I feel very let down by this under hand selling tactic. I notice from the chat I’m not the only one with this problem. Absolutely disgusted!

Sounds more like OP is being billed for a product he never ordered.
