End of contract

My plan end on 5th March this year.

I do not want to upgrade or extend the contract, because I come back to my country that EE is not provided.

By when should I say that the contract will be terminated?

You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract. You'd best do this on 3rd Feb.
