End a contract

Hi, all I want to do is end a contract, do I need to call to do this or can I do it on the app. Thanks in advance

Welcome to the community,

You will need to call customer service as you have to give a month’s notice, although if you are wanting to move to another network you can then apply for a PAC code to give to your new network once you have their SIM card.

If you are wanting to change to pay as you go and remain with EE, then you will need to ring them, this will depend whether you are at the end of your minimum term, as you will receive a final bill to pay.

By having a PAC code, it means you can keep your number to another network and do not lose your number.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
