Upgraded to Samsung galaxy s23 and my upgrade contract is more expensive than a new customer. The 14 days have passed so I can't cancel the upgrade. What are the chances they would match the new customer price
Ridiculous that a long term (12 year customer) is charged more than a new customer

As you have now exceeded your 14 days I don't believe there is much our customer care team will be able to do regarding this deal and the prices you are seeing now.

@Crooney93 When did you upgrade? how long ago ? Tariff costs do change over time so the newer the device. Ie from when it was launched to when you got it till now the tariff could have been more costly compared to what is it now. From what is see the most costly tariff for an existing customer right now is £67.
So again when did you take out this contract.
