Is there an email address or an actual person I can contact? I’m abroad at the moment and I’m not able to use my pack, as it says I need to top up £15 but I just paid £15 3 days ago??? I need to use my data as I’m overseas so I need to get it sorted ASAP and calling 150 got me nowhere.

In what way did calling 150 not get you anywhere - can you expand on that or give some more details?

There’s no options to select anything to do with getting charged the wrong amount, all the help on 150 to do with billing is about how to add packs/roaming, etc

Choose the nearest applicable option. Speaking to an agent is the important bit.
Check first, that you have the required credit available - texting BALANCE to 150 should confirm this by response.

If you already have a Subscription Pack in place, you'll also need to buy a Roam like Home add-on to use these allowances abroad. See our help page about Roaming Costs for further details.
You should have received a landing text with your available options. Did you get this text, and is this the part you are getting stuck at?
