EE new contract

Hi there,

I had a contract with ee iPhone 11- Monthly but I cancelled it and I’ve received a pac code from EE, but I’ve decided to buy a new contract and phone with EE but I want to keep my old number. Thanks

Hello @Cait98 ,

Welcome to the community,

If you have not used your PAC code, then you should be ok, as you will not have lost your number, just ring customer service and you can then set up a new contract with the same number, actually you should be able to do this as an upgrade, ring them and see what they say.
