EE app is down everytime I go to pay my internet bill I can never pay it two weeks late and still can’t pay it thinking of changing providers as taking **bleep** and getting fined for not paying on time

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Just to add to the advice provided, you can find full ways to make a payment in the Pay Your Mobile or Broadband Bill, if the app is unavailable at the time you try to pay the bill. 

As @bristolian  has suggested, setting up a direct debit for a date that suits you would help with late payment charges and make sure the bill amount is taken each month.

Have you considered paying your bill by regular direct debit? Doing so would negate the need to make manual payments and consequently avoid late payments and potential suspensions of your service.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
