With my EE Broadband I was told I had two pre-accepted slots,
So whilst on the call I was Accepted for a new Phone which I have.
I rang up later after some discussion and wanted to use the other slot to get a MacBook, they told me they cant add a macbook on the call, so although im told im pre-approved, I cant get approved for one online.
Anyone else had a similar issue?

Sounds like a credit failure.
I would assume these slots will have a combined value attached to them and you're asking for potentially over £3/4k in tech and broadband it maybe you're outside the applicable finance. Ultimately EE have to act as a responsible lender.
Call back and ask them when you are able to take the second option.
Thanks

@Northerner : What are these "slots" being talked about & what is their connection with BB?

Hi @XRaySpeX
It is a sales tactic, they call and offer you broadband and say you're pre-approved for broadband and tech. I have had the calls for in the past if I take broadband and TV I am eligible for a discounted phone contract and watch and more....all becase I am a great customer. 🤔
I am assuming this is what the OP is on about but as I mention I suspect there is a limit as the OP is wanting two high value items.
