Hi my direct debit has failed and my mobile was cut off so I tried to pay by card online and it said payment rejected try again whitch I did said the same thing so I left it then I noticed to emails from ee saying my payment has now reached them so I checked my bank and its paid twice and phones still not switched back on and when I look at my ee account online it's saying payment has not been paid
