Double charged

How can it possible to charge twice in the same month I have just paid on the 14th of this month now they have sent a text saying another bill will be taken on the 26th

@Dionne891   Because it’s an automatic text message and the payment you made is setting on your account and will be taken when EE take payment.  You can not pay your bill before hand until it’s produced but any payment before this will be put on your account to be taken.

 You also can’t pay manually for a bill if that bill is paid by DD and has already been issued.
