I have switched from O2 to EE. I have been informed that I am already added to get NHS discount but it’s not reflecting on the current bill. Could you please let me know as soon as possible if you have added the discount on my bills. Many thanks

There's no access to individual customer accounts on here.
If you login to your myEE online account, discounts should be listed under add-ons.

They had promised nhs discounts with account swap from O2 to EE plus new phone contract. They did not give discounts, nothing has been added on add ons
