Discount not showing

Hi when i see the bill it show i have discount but it doent cut.

please help

@Priteshbhoi  And your tariff isn’t £21.96 ( at the top ?  This has the discount applied to it.   The discount shown is the amount deducted.   But this still doesn’t tally up correctly.   Are you a new customer of EE ?  Is this your first bill ?
