I try to change my direct debit for my plan and for phone.
Changed through app , but its been hanged only for a plan. Try to call 150, there through voicemail need to change - changed there and received confirmation. But for device is stays old , and now I had to pay every month separately and manually. How to set up direct debit for device??

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues setting up your direct debit, i can imagine this to be very frustrating having to make a manual payment each month.
I would recommend speaking with our customer service team, they will be able to check your account and get a direct debit set up for your device and plan.
