Direct debit

Hi just wondering my direct debit comes out 31st of this month but I have not got the funds this month so my partner is gonna send it over in the morning of 31st when he gets paid if EE try and take it and it’s not there will they try again later that day  or will I have to contact some one

If the DD fails the 1st time asking EE will try again about a week later.
