My direct debits comes from my business account, why can i not get a vat invoice

Welcome to the Community!

We aren't able to provide VAT invoices for personal accounts, regardless of which account you might use to make a payment. If you speak with our team then they will be able to look into switching you to one of our Business plans, so you can get the VAT invoices you need moving forward.

From your business bank a/c? But does it go to your EE personal a/c? If so, that's why! You only get VAT invoices from an EE business a/c.
