I noticed that the monthly direct debit that was supposed to be done at the end of the month did not go through because of insufficient fund in my account. Since it failed, is there any other day it can be done so I’ll make sure the money is there.
Also, can you please bring back the direct debit date to be on the 27th of each month?

Hi @AmyLuv
Thanks for coming here.
If the direct debit date is on a weekend this will be taken the next working day, is this what has happened?
Do you still have the direct debit showing active in your My EE?
Leanne 🙂
